What is my time worth??

I recently got accepted to Grad school so lately I have been seriously evaluating my financial situation. I have been lucky through college as I have been on an athletic scholarship, but that will soon end. In turn, for the first time I will have to take out a loan, and a large one at that. At first, the thought of being in debt is quite scary, as I will most likely owe over $120,000 after my two year stint in grad school.
Here is what I have calculated as my living expenses: all approximated
weekly- $800
monthly-$3,500
yearly- $41,600
Man beer is expensive!!
I will have to make about $55,000 a year just to sustain my lifestyle. Granted I over estimated on most of my expenses, but still, that is a lot of money. I am going to get my MBA in grad school so hopefully I will land a position making more than that. It would always be nice to save some of my earnings, if not I will have to dramatically change my living style.

Awesome invention

The convex shower curtain!! Recently, while staying in a hotel, I noticed in the shower it felt like I had a ton of room. How many times have you been in a shower and had the shower curtain always clinging to you? This shower's curtain was on a rail that bowed outward from the shower. This small difference from normal shower curtains made a huge difference in space. It is one of those small things that you see and are like, man why couldn't I have thought of that. It makes perfect sense and is an awesome invention!

Innovate or Die

First of all, seems like a pretty graphic title but sounds like a great competition. The device I found to be most practical and useful was the ipod charging stationary bike. It is a very simple design, but could be useful. It is very unlikely anyone will be biking long enough to completely drain the power in your ipod, except for Lance Armstrong, but it is an easy way to get a good workout and atleast maintain your battery. It is doubtful anyone would actually by the product, but a cool idea nonetheless.
